At KOOKAÏ Australia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you can return your items within 21 days of purchase for a refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging or a secure satchel, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene stickers remain intact.

  Postage & Labeling

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, or use a tracked postal service to send the package to our Melbourne warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
